What’s Inside Bioniq® White Filler?

Ingredient Benefit
Hydroxyapatite Main active ingredient in all Bioniq® products. It provides:
- Remineralisation/regeneration of attacked areas in enamel and dentin
- Biomimetic biofilm control: Prevents bacteria from adhering to the tooth
- Can seal exposed dentin and protects sensitive teeth
- Forms a protective layer on the tooth surface and thus provides additional cavity protection
- Clinically proven plaque and cavity protection
Hydrated Silica (Silica with Water) High-quality cleaning agent: Ensures mechanical plaque removal during brushing.

Note: There are many different cleaning agents all referred to as Hydrated Silica. However, they differ significantly in quality and hardness, and thus in their cleaning performance.
Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate A potassium salt: Prevents tartar formation
Zinc PCA, Phenoxyethanol Antibacterial active ingredients: These ensure that even hard-to-reach plaque (e.g., in interdental spaces) is combated during brushing. Both ingredients are highly effective even at low concentrations. PCA is also a natural part of the skin's moisture system.
Glycerin Provides moisture, ensures the consistency of the toothpaste (Glycerin is also a main component of many natural plant oils)
Sodium Myristoyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate Mild and skin-friendly surfactants (foaming agents): Wet the surface, distribute the active ingredients in the mouth, and are gentle on mucous membranes
Aqua Base and fundamental substance of the toothpaste
Silica, Sodium Chloride, Cellulose Gum (Kieselerde, Table Salt, Cellulose) Ensure consistency and firmness of the toothpaste
Aroma, Sorbitol, Sodium Saccharin, Limonene The natural aroma with menthol ensures long-lasting fresh breath. Sorbitol and saccharin are non-cariogenic sweeteners. Sodium bicarbonate supports the pleasant taste. The mild limonene aroma rounds it off.
