FAQ - Bioniq® White Filler Toothpaste

Yes, Bioniq® White Filler Toothpaste has all the cleaning and protective properties of a toothpaste and should be used daily.

Many whitening toothpastes rely on highly abrasive particles and/or peroxides. While this can strip stains aggressively, they may also roughen the enamel, increase sensitivity and make it easier for new discolouration to stick to the tooth surface.

Bioniq® White Filler takes a different approach. Its technology combines gentle stain removers with white hydroxyapatite — the mineral found in natural enamel. It helps fill tiny enamel imperfections and smooth the tooth surface, forming a superfine white layer. The result is effective stain removal without damage, and teeth that feel smoother from the first brush.

New discolouration primarily adheres to rough and porous areas on the tooth enamel. With Bioniq® White Filler Toothpaste, teeth immediately become smoother and new discolouration is much harder to stick on.

Yes, Bioniq® White Filler repairs the tooth enamel. The toothpaste gently removes discolouration and avoids particularly aggressive abrasive particles and bleaching agents.

No, all Bioniq® products do not contain titanium dioxide.

The RDA value is in the normal/medium-abrasive range. All Bioniq® Toothpastes are suitable for everyday use even for sensitive teeth.

As all Bioniq® products are based on the principle of biomimetics, we never use questionable ingredients. Bioniq® White Filler Toothpaste contains zero micro- or nano plastics. Our toothpastes do not contain tiny plastic beads made of polyethylene, otherwise known as microbeads, as abrasive particles. We only use mineral-based abrasives (silica and hydrated silica).

We recommend use for children aged 6 and over, as some of our toothpastes have a minty flavour which is often unsuitable for children. We recommend our Kinder Karex toothpaste for children. This has been specially developed for this age group and also contains the natural active ingredient hydroxyapatite.

The Bioniq® White Filler formulations and the tube and bottle materials do not contain any raw materials of animal origin.

Animal testing has not been used in the development of our products. A general ban on the use of animal testing for cosmetics has been enacted by law (Cosmetics Ordinance and EU Cosmetics Directive) for a number of years.

All Bioniq® Toothpastes have a mild formula and are generally very well tolerated. In some homeopathic treatments/therapies, flavourings in food/dental care products (such as menthol) should generally be avoided. Bioniq® Toothpastes, like most toothpastes on the market, contain an aroma containing menthol, which provides a pleasant feeling of freshness. If you have any questions as to whether menthol or any of the other ingredients should be avoided during homeopathic treatment, please contact your doctor or alternative practitioner.
